What is multidimensional psychiatry?
The traditional model of psychiatry sets up a symptom-based model of care that tries to fit you into a narrow lens of diagnosis and treatment that separates mental health from physical well-being and spiritual connection. I am a psychiatrist who works with clients who are interested in integrating their mental health treatment with their spiritual journeys and reconnection to the natural world. Multidimensional psychiatry is an invitation to honor ALL of who you are, the many complex and interconnected layers of yourself that make up YOUR unique human experience and expression. I view each individual as a unique seed that already carries all of its own innate intelligence about itself and its development. My role and practice is to provide you with the fertile soil, the nourishing elements, and loving guidance to support your journey back home to your true self. I incorporate energy healing, Earth and water wisdom, and intuitive guidance directly into my psychiatric treatment sessions. I will teach you how to access your own natural state of wellness so that you can grow and blossom into who you already are designed to be.
What is human ecological restoration?
Humans are the one species on our planet that have forgotten that we are a part of a larger, interconnected, interdependent web of life. This sense of separation and disconnection from the greater web of life neglects a vital part of our well-being, and also the well-being of our planet. I use the term human ecological restoration to describe my work of restoring the inner landscape and consciousness of humans back to the truth that all of life on this planet is one large ecosystem. Humans have collected so much trauma, conditioning, toxins, and psychological debris into our emotional, physical, and energetic systems that need to be cleaned and cleared out. I work directly with the consciousness of water and the innate wisdom of our own bodies to help people restore themselves back to their pristine natural state of being. Each of us occupies a singular ecological niche in the web of life that is uniquely ours, and when we restore ourselves to health and vitality, we contribute to the health and vitality of our entire planet.
