About Me

My entire life, I have been a perpetual seeker. I have always been curious about what lies beyond the bend of what I know and experience. As a young child, I often pondered questions like, “How deep a hole could I dig if I kept on digging? Where would I end up if I kept on walking?” My mind, body, and spirit have always been naturally drawn to the limitless expanse and mystery of our universe.

And yet, like many of us, I learned to neglect my natural curiosity and wonder in service to the more tangible necessities of life, like school, work, approval from others, and success as defined by society. I did all that. I went to medical school. And I became a child psychiatrist because I felt it was the medical specialty that offered me the most freedom to explore my innate interest in the human experience.

Alongside my medical and psychiatric training, I continued on my healing journey. I explored psychotherapy, dreamwork, spirituality, yoga, meditation, bodywork, sexuality, nutrition, energy healing, shamanic healing, art, sacred medicines, and nature-based soul exploration. Why? Because something inside kept pulling me along and I followed it, seeking to find a way to integrate the healing of mind, body, and soul. I have been relentless in my own explorations, not only to become the fullest expression of myself, but also to share what I learn with others. I have spent a lot of time exploring the inner and outer landscapes of our human experience, and I have found that our healing journeys are one of the most sacred experiences we can have on this Earth. I am honored to serve as your guide back home to your true divine self.
